You can find a list of the ones specializing in HOAs at caionline.com. You can check the Georgia bar association web site as well, but it may be hard to find the ones that specialize in community associations. They normally list Real Estate, but you don't want just any Real Estate attorney....you want one that knows HOA/POA/COA law.
You could also possibly get referrals from management companies.

My HOA is located in the north Atlanta area and we use Weissman Nowack Curry & Wilco. Visit their website at www.wncwlaw.com. We are very pleased with them and have them on retainer.
Some of the benefits: annual HOA law seminar that is free to their clients board members , newsletters, publications, on-line viewing of collection status, and they don't charge a fee for collections unless they collect.

We are also in NW ATL and use Weissman Nowack Curry & Wilco. We have been pleased. I believe they helped use re-write and strengthen our covenents recently (way bigger effort than you'd think).
