I posted earlier, we may be considering going with a professional management company and would like recommendations from members for a good one not aligned with CAI if possible. We are a 3400+ single family, golf, lakes, equestrian etc HOA. Anual budget of $14,000,000 and in the interest of the membership want to make sure we are getting the most value for our fees. We will form a committee of knowledgeable members to draft exactly what we expect a Management Firm to do. Would like suggestions from anyone that has done that. Lynn, I can't help with a MC. While I am not a member of CAI I would not make a decision based on whether or not they are a member of CAI. As for as services, I did post DARCO's portfolio of services which may be of help.
