Some on our Board would like the Association to make a small contribution to our recreational activities and/or parties. The balance would be paid by participants or fund-raising activities. Some members object on the grounds that such a payment is prohibited by law. I've not been able to find any such law. I'm thinking of an allocation of a few thousand per year out of a budget which exceeds $300,000 per year. Your comments please.
