I live in a subdivison that started to be developed in 1988 here in Florida. The developer build 1 phase with a manitory HOA. Fifteen years later another developer finished the subdivision and started a second HOA, separate from the first. The second developer filed the second HOA with the state as the "Master" Assoiciation. They are masters of no one except themselves. What can the original HOA do to not look like a sub-association under them.
