I am the president of an 11 member association that shares a 54 acre lake and we are all board members. The 11 members all split the purchase price of the lake property in 2000. We formed our HOA to take care of taxes, insurance and other expenses. I can't seem to find enough information on HOA regulations for Kansas. Our original friendly documents lacked delinquent dues enforcement as well as rule infraction remedies. I've done some research and presented these at a special meeting. I am not too popular now but it needed done because a board member refused to pay last fall. Where can I find Kansas regs to guide me in running this small HOA?
