Joe Adams put out a good column today regarding S.B. 1844, which implemented some significant changes in the law regarding collection of delinquent assessments by homeowners' associations. It's worth printing off and sticking in your "Board book".

Thank You Joseph for the heads up on this. The clarification of the new law enables HOA's better tools to enforce and go after some of these delinquencies.
