Everyone gets frustrated when others bend or break the rules but a Cincinnati woman learned an expensive lesson about taking the law into her own hands - to the tune of $40,000.00. She damaged over 17 cars she thought were improperly parked including those belonging to the County Prosecutor's sons and brother.
