Hi,

Could anyone supply me with a good standard letter to send out to the homeowners for the payment of annual dues. Our dues did go up by $50.00 this year. This is my first year doing this and I would like the tone to be positive. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Dear Homeowner,

Enclosed is your invoice for the XYZ HOA Association dues, covering (Date) to (date.)

Please note they are due by ______________________.

You may notice that there is a $50 increase from last year. This increase was voted in at the duly called Annual Meeting of the Members, held (where?)_________________, as required by our bylaws.

The increase will enable our Association to meet the financial demands for the upcoming year. Please take a look at the enclosed budget, so you are aware of how dues funds are spent. If you have any questions, please contact me at ________________.

AND... of course, I would definitely add that an increase was due to homeowners non compliance with (whatever)... for examle, not cleaning up after their pets and that has caused an increase in persons hired to clean, etc etc etc. This to be added ONLY if it is the case
