Does anyone have recommendations on Transition Committes which should be formed? We are a large development of 6000+ homes which will transition in early-2007 from developer to homeowner.

Tim, click on the seach tab above and type transition or transition audit. There has been considerable discussion on these topices. With 6000+ homes you will need a thorough transition audit, a good HOA attorney, and a highly experienced Managing Agent. As far as committees you start now with owners on the current Board, on the architectural committee, the finance committee, and other committees will evolve with time.
