It has been mentioned that it would be smart for each and every board member to carry personal liability insurance. Does any one have information on this for the state of New Mexico?

What does your by laws say about board member liability?

Our by-laws state that the board can not be sued (or held liable) as a whole, which leaves the impression that each individual board member can be sued or held liable as an individual.
