Well our 4 hours at the town hall has been fruitful....we have to meet with them again about the septic, There was a violation in 2000 which nothing was done about, at least they have no record, on the same system, (we have three)that we had a problem with.....
We also checked the sq footage that the taxes and percentages owned are based on and some are different numbers, What do we do with that information? Am I right in thinking this has to be made right? They should be the same.
We are going for a turnover and trying to do a lot before it gets to the attorney.
For you who have been following this saga, I welcome your suggestions, you have not steered me wrong yet....

Our Reserve which I was watching for three years is gone, The developer did not have it in a special account so we need to address that at some time for roofs ect.
