Contract

Hello IM in Florida and we had a meeting raising our monthly fee $50.00 more to get extra money in the reserve's to do some repair work on the outside of the 28 units...there was 15 votes 9 (yes) 6 (no) 13 units did not reply. I myself also voted yes though it would be good idea so theres extra money to do repairs on the ooutside of the units....but after the vote was final (yes) come to found out that the guy that they are hiring to do the repair's has no contract and IM real upset about this due to no contract with written gurarantee, was told that they have been using this guy doing the repairs...to me this is not a good thing.

Also I though that they are too have 3 bids and then make the decision.
