My spouse purchased a Condo prior to us getting married. I am not on the mortgage or deed am I allowed to serve on the board of directors on there behalf?

Lisa, it depends on your COA By-laws. Some do not require Board members to be owners.

LisaE1: You may want to have your name added to the deed for many reasons, some of which have to do with legal ramifications for the future.
