Our laundry equipment provider is performing poorly and our Association needs to locate a new service provider, we only have two clothes washing machines and two dryers. Service is very important for the equipment, for which revenue is split between the concessionaire and the Association. I am in need of referrals for laundry equipment providers in the southern California area. Can anyone make any suggestions? Thanks, Wayne

It appears no one has any f"first-hand" knowledge of laundry machine vendors in SoCal. I would suggest you use the internet to find the local chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in your area. They represent apartment and commercial managers and would probably have a vendor list with laundry equipment vendors as a major part of it. Sorry we haven't been able to help mre.

California Apartment Association has a list of laundry vendors.
