Does anyone have a policy about lock-outs at their building that is fair to both Board members and owners?

At our building most owners think it is the job of the Board to be available to let people in who have misplaced or lost their keys, no matter what the hour.

I know there must be a simple and effective strategy to solve this problem...Thanks!

Melissa, one stategy is to have a managing agent. Also, have an extra charge for such services.
