I live in a hoa in arizon and our ccr's state in order to get things done in are hoa we need
75% approval of the membership my problem is the people who don't vote. The vote is counted as
a no vote. I don't understand this way of doing things we can not get anything done here for the
home owners. The people who just own land here never vote so it is negetive. Any advise as to what can
be done, as it is now to change the ccr's we need 75% approval from membership can't be done.

A non vote is always counted as a "no" vote. This has been discussed here before.
What are you trying to accomplish? First you say you can't get things done without approval of 75% of your members. Things like what? And then you mention changing the CC&Rs, which probably does require 75% approval. Whatever you're tryuing to accomplish is obviously not stirring up much interest if there are large numbers of owners not even bothering to vote yes or no. We need more information. Harold
