There is several days I'm trying to find on Internet Ohio laws
related to Homeowners Associations, ( H.O.A.) Really we need answer related to dissolution of a H.O.A. in Ohio State. Question is: how many homeowners (members of H.O.A.) in percents need to vote for dissolution, in order that H.O.A. has been dissolved. In some states like in California that percent is to be 100%, and that means practically that is not possible to dissolute H.O.A., but that percent is not the same in all states. Please if anybody can help answering question we would appreciate.
