Has anyone heard of Enclave Pro? They recently contacted our HOA to provide guest management software for us, and seemed very professional and had great features, but we haven't heard of them before now. Then we talked to them again at a CAI event, and really enjoyed their presentation and demo. We are holding a board meeting to vote on whether or not to switch to them very soon, and finally leaving Dwelling Live since they never answer our phone calls. Does anyone have recommendations on any other guest management software before we vote? Or does anyone have good experience with Enclave Pro?

My suggestion, just like shopping for a new vendor or management company, ask this vendor to provide a sampling of references and then check them out.

My intention was not to violate the rules. I was simply posing a question, honestly I could have easily reworded without using any company or HOA names, but missed the rules. I was simply looking to see if there were any alternatives since I hadn't heard of this company before. But now I know no one could recommend anyone else since to me anyway, since that is also considered a violation of the rules. Still thank you for the recommendation for us to check for references though, which is basically the best answer. We honestly thought of that, but still thank you though for your help.

The only way others should recommend different companies would be to send you an email. To do that, you would have to provide an email, even if it's one you made for that purpose only (which is what I recommend).

However, discussing what to look for or stay away from would be an ideal topic for this forum.
