Does anyone in California have experience with a board recall? We have submitted a petiton for recall of the entire board of our HOA in California in compliance with California Corporations Code 7510(e). If the recall is approved, when does a vote for the replacement board take place? JCory

John, I am in Colorado and have not reviewed Code 7510(e) but believe you can include in your notice of a Special members meeting to recall board members an additional notice that there will be a vote to elect new board members to fill the vacancies, if any, created by any board members who are removed.
