Hi! I understand the laws vary from state to state regarding HOA issues. I live in Indiana and I can't seem to find out where to look for these laws. I have tried the city - Indianapolis and the state agencies with little luck. Can anyone offer me suggestions of where to look?

It says condo, but I believe it applies to more than condos.
