Our association is self-managed. We will soon be approaching local landscape companies to obtain bid proposals for our lawn and pond maintenance.
Although last year we put together what we thought was a comprehensive letter with bid requirements, we got back several proposals with differing info. Seems like every company had a difefrent format. We then had to put all the info in a spreadsheet to compare line items and it was a big pain.
Does anyone have a template/format that has been successful for them that they can share?
