what are your feelings about "kickbacks"? It believed that the directors on this board are getting kickbacks from contractors. It is a normal occurrence that the same work that is happening on a directors home coincides on a larger scale on the communal property. It would be hard to trace because they admittedly try to do everything on an "off-the-books" or cash basis.

We had the same issue. Everyone that the Board hired went through one person, and he got a kickback from them for letting them work in our complex. Needless to say, our new Board cleaned house, and this person will never serve on the Board again.
