I just want to post this to let you know we do have good things happen.
We have a new Board member who has talked to our CCO (Chief Complaining Officer, a nickname) once and had planned on talking to her againg until the CCO canceled at the last minute.
Anyway thanks to this new Board member we will have an agenda item for the next meeting.
We need to have the procedure for dealing with members who interfere with Board business in the minutes so that it will be for all members not just our CCO.
