Does anyone know of companies in CT that help condos put together strategic plans?

You might try searching for property managers in CT, or contact some area COAs and HOAs for recommendations. You could also try contacting the CT chapter of the CAI (Community Associations Institute) for recommendations. Several property managers are members of the CAI.

I can't post specific recommendations here because I believe it would be against the posting rules.

Someone who can LEAD (conduct) strategic plans might be found in the charitable non profit area. Google strategic planning, Conn. and see what you find.
