I am my wits end trying to find a formal site for Texas laws concerning HOA/condominiums. WHERE, please can I find something?
Our current problem seems to be the HOA Board. I am very new to these condos- I am from New York state, where what a HOA Board can/cannot do is explicitely spelled out.
As far as I have always been aware of, HOA is not "THE" only/final voting/deciding entity when there needs voting to be done. It is supposed to be voted on by the owners of the condos as a whole. Here, the HOA Board seems to be the ONLY ones who decide what to do, no matter what the owners want. This has caused some major discourse wothin the community.
Where, for Texas can I go for support?
Thank you.

There is also a book - "Texas Homeowners Association Law" by Gregory S. Cagle, an attorney in Austin. It's available on Amazon. It might be in your local library too.
