I saw a post from last summer from an individual looking for mgt for their HOA in DeLand, FL. I am also looking for same for a small HOA with no buildings to maintain, and I appreciated the response from someone who suggested an accounting firm, so I am braodening my search to include this. How can I find qualified, licensed professionals to get bids from?

You might want to try and contact your local community Association network (use the link on the right in the yellow box). You might also want to contact other HOA's in your area and see who they use and if they had any problems with the company.
