Lets hope we can all learn in the coming year that we are all in this together not one against another.

Lets hope we can see we ALL sink or swim together not divided up along the lines of us, they, and them.

Lets hope we can learn to bring constuctive action to our properties and investments rather than negative views that serve none of us at all.

United we win, divided we will fall..............

Here's a short diddy I made up for Christmas...It's a bit shorter than the original version...

It twas the night before Christmas, and all through the HOA, not a creature was stirring, not in even that purple house. When what to my wondering eyes I see? The President of the HOA and 8 of his board members...I knew in a minute what they wanted from me...My trash can removed the street you see...It was tuesday and pickup is wednesday...They brought out their pens and in a flash, wrote me a violation that would cost me in cash...My double barrell shotgun took a mighty blast as they disapeared out of site....I heard them say "On living on a comet and blitzened all the time, on conmen, and donner of misread rules, on dasher of approved plans...Dash away, Dash away all"
