Our community annual election is in January, we have aproblem with the existing board not responding to any questions asked by owners. There are 3 director openings in this years election and we need change but the absentee ballots are being directed to the managers office until the annual meeting. Question Is there any Fl. election law that would require these ballots to be recieved and stored where no-one would have access until election day?
