I live in a Palm Beach County (FL) single-family HOA.

The member of the board that sends out email news and notifications is selectively excluding me, even after repeated requests to be included in the "mailing."

I am in good standing with no outstanding fees.

Are there rules about this type of intentional exclusion?

Send your request to all board members instead of just the one.

Typically, there is no laws that I am aware of which would apply as most laws about notices even say that showing up to the meeting indicates that you received notice of the meeting.

I would make sure your email is set up properly. It may be that it's getting tagged as "Spam" or that person's not got it saved right. It seems strange that others are getting some of these emails, but it could be a technical glitch. I would rule out any issues with your email address or settings first before thinking of an intentional exclusion. Plus take Tim's advice and see if the other board members can send you a copy.

It is being done intentionally.

I want to know if there is any legal obligation to disseminate information to everyone that request it.
