I am the Pres of a 80 2.5 acre parcels HOA life was good up to a few years ago when new people,about five parcels worth moved in and turned our paradise upside down.They managed to get on the board They proceed to put policys and procedres in place that were voted by the majority of the board,not voted by members quite complex,you know we want to do the right thing so OK lawyer as VP telling me that sometimes davis Sterling trumps our by-laws,or the policys and procedure they got thru trump Davis sterling,or our by-laws trump policy and procedures,yes I know I was a sleep at the wheel. How do we keep it simple I don't need any more trumps. I will get these people voted out no problem,I just want to know the top trump. Happy Thanksgiving
