I just inherited a small unit in Fl, after reviewing the articles of incorporation, I notice the developer a for profit corp., sold all the units in 1965 to be run by a not for profit organized to run a cooperative. But the deeds only mention or refer only to the Developer's Covenants and Restrictions back to 1966? The present corporation's name or rules are mentioned at all? The Board said not to worry? that's the way it is? Is it? Oh! They mentioned they never registered the cooperative? Should I be concerned?

Just sell it. Let someone else worry about it. (wink)
