I am trying to do some research on what a ACC manual should look like as we are trying to put something together for our new association any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just sent you what I had via e-mail. I suspect that if you take the good points from Ken's and mine then add your own thoughts and regulations, you will have an excellent draft for the board.
