We are using the Chamberlain Elite keypad gate operating system. It has worked for 2 years. Now we are told the software program we have used since it's installation is not correct. If you have this product, please let me know what operating system, computer, and any other information you may have that can enlighten us. Subdivision is in Missouri, and the company that installed it apparently has no clue how to operate the software. Thank you.

Google the words “Chamberlain Elite keypad”.

That should take you to the “Chamberlain” web site. Then click all the way through – find Gate openers etc. – continue to click through – and you should be able to find the “Owner’s Manual” and the information you are looking for.
