Hello-
I have searched the posts that concerned people from Texas. I am looking for any information on offices.county/city/state that has info on condo laws. There must be somewhere that I can call to get particular info about condo rules in Texas.
Also- are we able to contact individual posters? I did not see a way to do so. I would love to be able to be in contact as a group with other Texas condo owners.
Again, thank you so much for your help.

Community Associations Network, a sponsor of this site, has assembled the HOA/condo laws by state. You may get to their site at any time by clicking their name in the yellow box on the left.
Here is a link to their Texas page. Scroll down the page and you will see links to the laws on the left.

Additionally, here is a link to all TX statutes
Clink the + next to statutes and a menu tree will open.

Condo laws are under Property Codes, Title 7, Chapter 82 (Uniform Condominium Act)

Expecting that your Association is incorporated as a non-profit (most are), your Association will also need to comply with Business Organization Code, Title 2, Chapter 22 (nonprofit Corporations)

As you discovered, this forum does not have ways to PM other posters. You will need to post an e-mail address and ask for posters to contact you. If your worried about placing your e-mail address online, you can create a gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc. account specifically for this purpose.

There is another site I know of that is specifically TX HOAs. However, it requires you to spend money to join it. I am not a member of it, therefore I have zero direct knowledge if it is good or bad. Posting of the site is against forum rules. If you want the address, let me know and I can e-mail it to you.
