I live in a 600 home community in Florida. We have a property management compnay that has a CAM. Florida law states that we must have a CAM because our budget is over $400.000 and over 100 homes. Can we use the property management's CAM instead of having to hire one?

Yes, and you can verify that person is a licensed CAM by going to the DBPR website
http://www.myfloridalicense.com/dbpr/
Click on verify a license
make sure search by name is selected
On the next page put in the name and in the second section pull down the menu for categories
Select Community Association Managers
