This info was passed on to us through our Attorney's newsletter

The newsletter article summarizes the changes which became effective 29 August 2011.

Here is a link to U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT Mortgagee Letter 2011-22 which specifies the Condominium Approval Process for Single Family Housing – Consolidation and Update of Approval Requirements

As my development is not a condominium, these requirements do not apply to me. I'm just passing on the information.

Oops,

I posted this information again prior to reading the new posts and saw that Ellie had already posted it.

Thanks for the info Ellie.

TimB4.

Your link works better than mine, clicking on it goes directly to the Letter. How do you make that happen?

I go to this web site (as it was the first one I found):
http://www.quackit.com/html/codes/html_link_code.cfm

which gives examples on the correct html code to use to insert links. I then do the following:

1) copy and past the example for HTML Link: Same Window

2) Replace what is inside the quotation marks with the link I want to use (make sure that you leave the quotation marks)

3) Replace the text Create a website with the text I wish posted to indicate the link.

Hope this helps.
