An amendment is up for vote regarding maximum square footage. Prior to this a notation of a number is part of the covenants but doesn't state minimum or maximum pertaining to it. The conservation interpretation of the original number being the maximum size would mean all but 1 house is out of compliance. To clarify and aid in the support of the enforceability of that aspect of the covenants we are coming up with the original number as the minimum and a maximum number to preserve neighborhood aesthetics.
What enforceability issues are there to consider? Any other ways to get this same objective accomplished?
