AZ HOA's

We're a small, 38 unit planned development with a tennis court and a pool. We're having what some might consider the usual problems, since we were voted in after the previous Board controlled the property for many years.

I'm just wondering if any other members for AZ are having problems or solutions they might care to share. The reason I asked for AZ specifically is because we just had laws passed that greatly affect the way we can run our communities.
