I'm busy setting up an new HOA (the builder provided bylaws) and one of the tasks defined in the bylaws is an Architectural Design/Review committee. While we're trying to build up the HOA and recruit involvement by the community, we're limiting the scope of that committee to "outdoor structures, including fencing". My question is - I'm looking for a sample "form" or "template" of a formal approval document that can be used when the board approves outdoor structures or fencing. Does anyone have a form they're willing to share? Thank you. DTP, President of the SVR HOA in Edmond, OK
