| Where does one go to find a reputable firm(??)that can do for our HOA, a GOOD, sound reserve analysis study? I looked in the phone book but nothing is listed persae |

| Alex any search engine should provide you with names in your area. You can also contact associations near you for names. GrahamO who posts here also has a book on the subject. In the phone book you would look under engineering firms. |

| I did call about 10 Engineering firms and they ALL laughed at me and said no engineering firm does that sort of thing and I would have to consult with an accountant.... I doubt that is so |

| Alex I don't know what to tell you. Ours was done by the local office of a national engineering firm. I particularly liked their guarantee, while most of the national reserve advising companies will give back their fee if there is a discrepancy in their findings, this firm offered to pay the difference. Both of the men who came on-site were licensed structural & mechanical engineers. |

| Alex, try Reserve Advisors in Tampa Florida. Did our community for a resonable fee. $3000.00 covered our townhome community of 168 units, pool area, mail kiosk, detention ponds (5), common grounds, approx 32 acres and the roads, sewage etc. |
