This is such a nice site to visit as a newcomer and for all of us regulars. Everyone contributes, hopefully with the intentions of adding another point of view. Every once in a while, we get a non Board, non committee member or non manager poster who wants us to bail them out of a situation that they mostly created by themselves. Getting the good and probable correct answer doesn't make them happy and the get defensive and sometimes, downright rude and offensive. That is when our very alert HOATALK support member is there to delete them. And that we do thank you for that. I have always said that this is not a Blog or place to air your personal goof ups with your associations and Boards. So again, THANKS HOATALK. |

I was a very green BOD member a year ago. This site has helped me so such, and I have learned so much in the last year....Thanks for helping and listening!
