In previous posts I was asked about these and as to there content who has a say and when who has a right to vote on certain issues who does not and to save you from asking the same question about Article III classes of members or voting rights notices as such.

DonnaS,
My previous posts I was Challenged By RobertR and PaulM as to what else may be in documents that may refer to other writings in our documents and to how they are written and advised to seek that information. I am an objective person and if I need to give more details to get to the answer I will do that. When I stood in front of my BLUE COLLAR ASSOCIATION I told them I do not know all the answers, but I will do everything I can to get you the answers in an objective view so that it is not thought to be what a few individuals want if nothing else happens my tenure will be the most advised and well documented in 30 years reguardless of how sad that appears. And I do appreciate your advice.(THANK YOU)

BruceC2: As a matter of info, it has been proven here that it is always better to relay specifics pertaining to the situation in question to help posters help you.

It would seem that I am at a loss now to find your post with concern over whether your Board is taking liberty and proceeding to Amend the declaration/bylaws without a member vote. If I recall correctly, you may have 'piggy backed' on another poster's situation, which does happen since we
since we can easily get involved and sometimes go off in a different direction.

If you still want to gain possible insight to your situation, it would be helpful now to start a new thread and if you can, post the particulars.
Thanks.
